1. Service and identification

CapMap is provided by APILAB TECNOLOGIA LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 69.284.049/0001-10, with its registered office at Rua Joaquim Antunes, 470, sala 01 — Pinheiros, São Paulo–SP, CEP 05415-001 — Brazil. These terms govern use of the website and professional service, together with any agreed proposal and the Privacy Policy.

The platform supports measurement, planning, documentation and visualisation in healthcare professionals’ work. Available features depend on the version and the contracted or authorised access. Features under evaluation or in a pilot must be identified as such.

2. Requests and professional access

Individual access starts with registration and APILAB’s review of the professional credential. After approval, the physician receives 3 welcome Cases once. New emails, registrations or devices do not renew this grant. When the available balance runs out, Cases must be purchased for new studies that require consumption. Existing studies remain preserved.

Use accurate information and individual credentials. Your account holds your patients, studies and balance in the app and Portal. Do not share your account. Existing shared clinic workspaces retain their memberships and history until a specific transition; this individual model does not transfer those records or balances. Report suspected account compromise to support.

3. Responsible clinical use

CapMap does not provide medical care, replace clinical assessment or guarantee surgical outcomes. Measurements, estimates and 3D planning markings must be checked by the professional, taking capture quality, feature limitations and patient context into account. The planning view is not a promise of an outcome.

The professional is responsible for clinical decisions and records. APILAB remains responsible for its own service, security and data protection obligations. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. CapMap Cases and contracting

One CapMap Case corresponds to a new 3D study that is successfully completed and activated, captured in the app or imported in a supported format. Registering a patient, reopening, measuring, editing and issuing a report for the same study do not constitute new consumption. Failures, cancellations and repeated uploads of the same study do not consume an additional Case.

There is no mandatory subscription and unused Cases do not expire. Complimentary grants, when offered, depend on their criteria and confirmation; they are not an automatic registration benefit. Balances and transactions should be checked in the authorised account.

The institutional site does not process purchases. Published prices and packages inform your choice; contracting requires confirmation of the terms, currency, payment method and available access. Cancellations, refunds and any applicable withdrawal right follow the law and the conditions presented before contracting, without reducing mandatory rights.

5. Clinical content and usage rights

Access grants limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the service for its professional purpose during the authorised relationship. CapMap’s software, brand and materials are protected by the rights of APILAB or their respective owners and licensors. Access does not transfer those rights.

Submitting clinical content does not transfer ownership of it or patients’ rights to APILAB. Submission permits only the processing needed to deliver the service, such as storing, processing, synchronising and presenting content to authorised users. It does not grant permission for advertising or AI training for APILAB’s own purposes.

The clinic and professional must ensure a lawful basis for entering data and images, provide the required information to patients, and respect confidentiality and permissions. Do not send clinical data through the public access form.

6. Security and permitted use

Do not attempt to access accounts, clinics or information without permission, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service or use the platform unlawfully. Copying or exploiting the software outside the licence is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions.

7. Availability, support and termination

Maintenance, updates and technical failures may interrupt the service. There is no specific contractual availability or response target unless agreed in writing. APILAB must act diligently to correct faults and communicate material interruptions. The support channel is info@capmap.com.br.

Access may be restricted proportionately due to a security risk, loss of clinic membership, a legal requirement or breach of these terms. Whenever possible, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Urgent protective measures may precede notice.

To end access or request recovery, a copy or deletion of data, contact support. Delivery depends on the requester’s identity and access rights; deletion takes account of recordkeeping duties and the Privacy Policy. The clinic must maintain the records needed for care. Account suspension does not extinguish data rights or authorise improper deletion of medical records.

8. Changes and applicable law

Material changes will be communicated through service channels. New commercial conditions do not retroactively change what has already been contracted; renewed acceptance will be requested where necessary. Simply visiting the site does not constitute the purchase of a package.

Brazilian law applies without excluding mandatory protections applicable to the user. Disputes will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction under the law, preserving consumer rights where applicable. Questions and requests may be sent to info@capmap.com.br.

9. International distribution and app stores

International distribution of CapMap is planned through the App Store. Actual availability depends on enabled countries, version, device and the conditions stated when offered. This website does not guarantee that the app or all features are already available in every country.

Downloading does not replace an access request, registration review or authorisation for professional use. Professionals must be qualified to practise where they work and use the service within their professional scope. Any additional requirements for the operation will be communicated before the corresponding access is granted or contract concluded.

When a purchase is offered through the App Store, the store’s terms relevant to that transaction also apply, without excluding APILAB’s own obligations or the user’s mandatory rights. Clinical authorisation and processing of patient data remain subject to applicable rules and the Privacy Policy. Installing the app does not constitute patient consent.
